Neul Som Dang
This project was to do branding for a café named 늘솜당. 늘솜당 is an abbreviation for “always being skillful” in Korean. This café is an eco-friendly place with a cozy environment that offers coffee and drinks to all age groups based in Jeju Island. The brand identity of the café is eco-friendly, warm, and organic.
As the logo is an abbreviation, I have added the full sentence on the top of the logo. Though the other logo present a more playful and friendly vibe, I have chosen this logo as it focuses on the eco-friendliness of the cafe through the use of the leaves. The blur effect on the font was added to show the impact of the font fluttering in the breeze.
